Anthony Buzzeo, CPA
Anthony Buzzeo is the founder of the firm, established 25 years ago, with a strong foundation in accounting and finance. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fairfield University and a Master’s degree in Finance from Baruch University. Before founding the firm, Anthony gained valuable experience in public accounting and private industry, including five years as an internal auditor for a global company.
Specializing in real estate, particularly cooperatives and condominium financial statements and tax returns. His extensive experience includes managing properties ranging from 10 to 200 units, working with both co-ops and condos from the perspective of the entity, sponsor, and board member. Anthony has served as President and Treasurer of his building’s board for nine years.
He has handled various aspects of property management, including budgeting, cost control, revenue monitoring, and resolving complex issues like mortgage financing, refinancing, and sponsor defaults. Anthony is committed to delivering clear and accessible financial data, ensuring clients have confidence in their property’s financial health.
Outside of his professional work, Anthony is a car enthusiast with a passion for restoring classic vehicles. He enjoys the challenge of bringing older cars back to life and is always on the lookout for his next restoration project. Additionally, Anthony is an avid home chef, experimenting with new recipes and cooking techniques. He finds great joy in preparing meals for family and friends.
